Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy below in full before placing an order.

As all My Badges products are custom made we are unable to offer a refund unless the product does not match the order, or the product is faulty.

If the product delivered does not match your order please contact us via email describing the problem and we will arrange the return of the faulty goods. No action can be taken on an order until all of the goods are returned to us for inspection. We do not accept returns on samples or sample packs.

We can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of My Badges or any agent acting on behalf of My Badges.

Orders to be delivered outside of the UK: We can deliver most of our products all over the world. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any tax or import duties that may be due on exports out of the UK. We highly recommend selecting a tracked delivery option for peace of mind.
